We cordially invite you to this year’s “Dreiländer-Konferenz” which takes place
on 30 September 2016 in Schaan, Liechtenstein.
The conference is jointly organized by the arbitration associations ASA, Arb|Aut and LIS.
Three panels will discuss the following topics:
- confidentiality in arbitration proceedings
- res judicata of arbitral awards
- the impact of European law on arbitration
The conference will be held in German.
