Many of you attended the Bergsten Lecture 2016 given by Franz Schwarz on "Systemic Case Management and the Burden of Proof: Taking Evidence Across Cultural Divides" addressing the interplay of burden of proof and disclosure and tension between Civil Law and Common Law.
