- Report on and approval of the Audited Statements of Accounts (Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichtes und Rechungsabschlusses) as of 31 December 2018 in the presence of the auditors
- Election of auditors (Rechnungsprüfer)
- Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board (Entlastung des Vorstandes)
- Report on the activities of Arb|Aut in 2019 and activities planned for 2020
- Budget for 2020 (Voranschlag)
- Election of the Arb|Aut Board (Wahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums)
- Determination of admission fee and membership fee
