Vierländer-Konferenz:
The popular Dreiländer-Konferenz is back as a “ Vierländer-Konferenz” jointly organized by Arb|Aut, VIAC, Swiss Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Centre, DIS and LIS. It will be hosted in Vienna this year on:
1 December 2023, 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
at Park Hyatt Vienna
The keynote speech will be delivered by Prof. Christian Koller on the topic “Kollisionsrechtliche Enigmata in der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit“.
Following topics will be discussed from the perspectives of Austrian, Liechtenstein, Swiss and now also German arbitration law:
Panel 1: Modernisierung des deutschen Schiedsverfahrensrechts
Panel 2: Gesellschaftsrechtliche Streitigkeiten
Panel 3: Zuständigkeitsentscheidungen
The conference will be held in German language. A detailed program with speaker line-up and a registration link will follow shortly.
A "below 40 event" will by organized by YAAP, ASAbelow40 and DIS40 on 30 November 2023 in the afternoon.
The "pre-conference social event" for all participants will take place on 30 November 2023 as from 07:30 p.m. at Am Hof 8 - Private Members Club, 1010 Vienna.
