Dear Members of Arb|Aut,
On behalf of the Austrian Arbitration Association and the VADs Organizing Committee comprising Arb|Aut and YAAP, VIAC, ICC Austria, UNCITRAL, the PCA, as well as the editors of the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration (AYIA), you are cordially invited to join the
Orchestrating Efficiency in Arbitration
A Symphony of Modern Solutions to the Classic Challenge,
the international arbitration flagship event for Austria and the larger region, as we mark the 50-year anniversary of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).
The Vienna Arbitration Days traditionally offer an excellent opportunity for interaction with distinguished members of our professional community. Conference highlights this year will include a keynote speech by Cavinder Bull SC, concluding conference reflections by Yasmine Lahlou, podium contributions from Katherine Bell, Markus Burgstaller, Kristin Campbell-Wilson, Gabor Damjanovic, Stephen Jagusch KC, Nadja Jaisli Kull, Niamh Leinwather, Judith Levine, Mojca Logar, Melissa Magliana, Simon Manner, Patricia Nacimiento, Petra Pataki, Camilla Perrera-de Wit, Dietmar W. Prager, Rolf Trittmann, Venus Valentina Wong and much more!
As in previous years, discounted rates apply for Arb|Aut and YAAP members and Early Bird packages can be secured before 15 April 2025! Also, young Austrian practitioners may wish to benefit from the fact that the conference is accredited by the Vienna Bar Association for training purposes in preparation of the Austrian Bar Exam (Annerkennung als Ausbildungs-veranstaltung im Ausmaß von drei Halbtagen).
We look forward to seeing many of you at the 2025 special edition of the Vienna Arbitration Days and to celebrating 50 outstanding years of VIAC with you!
Sincerely,
Anne-Karin Grill
(Arb|Aut President)
