- Report on activities planned for 2026 and 2027 (including VAD 2026 – 20th anniversary)

(1) Die Mitgliedschaft erlischt durch Tod, bei …
NEU (1a): Die Mitgliedschaft im Verein für Mitglieder der Sektion YAAP endet automatisch mit Ablauf des Kalenderjahres, in dem das Mitglied das 40. Lebensjahr vollendet, ohne dass es einer Austrittserklärung nach Abs 2 bedarf.
Anm: § 7 Abs 6 letzter Satz, der besagt, dass YAAP-Mitglieder bis zur Vollendung des 40. LJ von der Leistung der Mitgliedsbeiträge befreit sind, bleibt unverändert.

§ 6 Termination of Membership
(1) Membership terminates upon death, in the event of ….
NEW: (1a) Membership in the association for members of the YAAP section automatically terminates at the end of the calendar year in which the member turns 40, without the need for a notice of resignation pursuant to para 2.
Note: § 7 para 6 last sentence die according to which YAAP members are exempt from membership fees until the age of 40, remains unchanged.)
