The Board of Arb|Aut cordially invites to Arb|Aut’s Annual Meeting (
Mitgliederversammlung) which will be held this year at the occasion of the YAAP Anniversary Conference on
5 December 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich)
Wiedner Hauptstraße 63, 1045 Wien
The agenda will be as follows:
- Report on and Approval of the audited Statements of Accounts (
Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichtes und Rechungsabschlusses) as of 31 December 2017 in the Presence of the Auditors;
- Election of Auditors (
Rechnungsprüfer);
- Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board (
Entlastung des Vorstandes);
- Report on the Activities of Arb|Aut in 2018 and Activities planned for 2019;
- Budget for 2019 (
Voranschlag);
- Election of Arb|Aut Board (
Wahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums);
- Determination of Admission Fee and Membership Fee.
In addition, we would like to invite you to the YAAP Anniversary Conference which will be held afterwards.
