this year's Dreiländerkonferenz, organized with ASA and LIS, will take place on
1 April 2022, starting at 09:30 am.
in Zurich.
Following the proven concept of the previous conferences, three panels, each from the perspective of the three jurisdictions, will deal with the following topics:
1. New Developments in A, CH and FL
2. "Pendency of Arbitration" and Parallel Proceedings
3. "Early Determination"
