We are excited to bring FTI Consulting to Vienna for an exclusive workshop in February on the following topic:

Quantum Experts in Arbitration | The Art of Claiming Damages: We will discuss the ultimate challenges of assessing damages and analysing projects, address the question of how to avoid the tripping over legal questions for an expert and FTI will share best practices from their extensive experience in post M&A and construction matters.

3. Bergsten Lecture
 

The legendary Bergsten Lecture, held in honour of Professor Eric Bergsten, will return for the thirteenth time in April 2025! Together with the University of Vienna, Arb|Aut is looking forward to welcoming many of you! Please save the date:

4. Vienna Arbitration Days 2025

As for the Austrian Arbitration Community's conference highlight of the year, registration is now open for the Vienna Arbitration Days in May 2025! As we are celebrating 50 years of VIAC, we expect a particularly strong turn-out. We look forward to seeing many of you!
