1. Arb|Aut & YAAP End of Summer Drinks

2. VIAC at 50 – the Legacy and Future of Dispute Resolution in the Heart of Europe

It's the year of VIAC and the grand finale of their institution's celebrations will take place on

The official anniversary conference will be featuring keynote addresses by:
  • Michael Polkinghorne (Partner at White & Case LLP), who will speak on: “International Arbitration: Life in the Old Dog Yet?”
  • Michael Linhart (leading foreign policy expert and Austrian ex-Minister of European and International Affairs), who will speak on: “Geopolitical Tensions and the Promise of Neutral Forums: The Vienna Perspective.”

3. GAR Live: Vienna 2025

Following the VIAC at 50 celebrations the day before, GAR Live: Vienna 2025 will feature high-level panel discussions, fresh insights from leading practitioners, and excellent networking opportunities. Arb|Aut is proud to once again co-organize this event with VIAC and YAAP and bringing together thought leaders shaping the future of arbitration in Vienna.

4. Vierländerkonferenz 2025

All German-speaking members are cordially invited to attend "Vierländerkonferenz" organized by the German Institution of Arbitration Institute (DIS), Liechtenstein Arbitration Association (LIS), Arb|Aut, ASA - Swiss Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Centre, and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC)!

This year's opening lecture will be given by Prof. Dr. Wolfram Buchwitz on the topic of "The Recognition and Enforcement of Set Aside Arbitration Awards." A “Below40@Vierländerkonferenz” event will take place on the day preceding the conference at 02:30 p.m. The official pre-conference event for "Vierländerkonferenz" will take place also on the day preceding the conference at 07:00 p.m. at “The Westin Grand Munich.”

5. Annual Meeting (Mitgliederversammlung):

All Arb|Aut Members may wish to save the date for our Annual Meeting (Mitgliederversammlung) on

A more detailed invitation including the agenda will be sent out to all members shortly. As per long-standing tradition, the Annual Meeting will close with an informal drinks reception!
 
5. Vienna Arbitration Days 2026

Last but certainly not least, we are very delighted to announce the dates for the uncontested conference highlight of the Austrian Arbitration Community. Please save the date for the Vienna Arbitration Days 2026!
