This year's "Vierländer-Konferenz" in Vaduz awaits with three panels whose topics will be examined from the perspectives of the four legal systems:

1. Anti-arbitration Injunctions
2. Schiedsverfahren und Insolvenz
3. Kartellrecht in der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit

Speakers include Carsten Wendler, Veronika Korom, Nicole Cleis, Daniel Tschikof, Paul Oberhammer, Philipp K. Wagner, Dr. Daniela Frenkel, Kathrin Binder, Benjamin Gottlieb, Christian Kersting, Florian Neumayr and Thomas Nigg.

Prof. Dr. Hubertus Schumacher's opening lecture will address the topic: “Arbitration law in Liechtenstein: Highlights of developments since the 2010 amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure and Liechtenstein's accession to the New York Convention in 2011” 

This year’s Vierländer-Konferenz is organized by Liechtensteinischer Schiedsverein in collaboration with Arb|Aut, Vienna International Arbitral Centre, Swiss Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Centre and Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit.
