Dr. Martin Preslmayr was a University Assistant at the department of Private and International Law at the University of Vienna. After his return from his post graduate studies in England he took on a position as a lecturer at a private law school in Vienna (1993-1996) in addition to his work in the law firm. He is a regular and well-known speaker at national and international law seminars and law conferences and is the author of various legal publications, including a handbook on Product Liability Law. Martin Preslmayr has been successfully advising primarily large and medium sized businesses from a wide range of industries both from Austria and around the world. In addition Martin Preslmayr has built up a high reputation in advising private clients in various legal matters including wealth managenemt and family law (including divorce law).
